RETURNS POLICY
We only accept returns within 15 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item(s), you must arrange for shipping at your own cost and retain a tracking number for your own records. Returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept returns of used products unless they have a manufacturer defect. Items that are damaged due to human misuse and gravity (i.e., dropped and broken) or damaged from regular wear & tear are not considered defective and are not eligible for refund. If you suspect your item may be defective, please contact us at info@bonjourbox.me with your order number and details of the suspected defect.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you are within 15 days of purchase you may return your purchase for a refund provided it is in its original packaging and unused. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a traceable carrier. Bonjour is not responsible for unreceived returns. Used items that are not considered defective will not be refunded.

Bonjour SNAX Box is made from food grade materials and are very safe to use for kids and adults. They are 100% BPA free and Phthalate free.
Bonjour SNAX Box has 6 compartments but can be easily converted into 4 with a removable inner tray.
Bonjour SNAX Box is spill proof and designed to hold thicker liquids but is not watertight so avoid use of juice/oils/water etc.
Bonjour recommends you to never overfill the compartments and leave an adequate gap of at least 5mm from the top line.
Bonjour recommends that the SNAX Box is washed by hand however it may be used in the dishwasher (top rack only).
