      We do not ship internationally. If you live outside of the UAE and purchased Bonjour through a reseller or retailer, please note that we cannot make exchanges and we cannot issue refunds. 

      RETURNS POLICY

       We only accept returns within 15 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item(s), you must arrange for shipping at your own cost and retain a tracking number for your own records. Returned items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept returns of used products unless they have a manufacturer defect. Items that are damaged due to human misuse and gravity (i.e., dropped and broken) or damaged from regular wear & tear are not considered defective and are not eligible for refund. If you suspect your item may be defective, please contact us at info@bonjourbox.me with your order number and details of the suspected defect.

      REFUNDS AND RETURNS

      If you are within 15 days of purchase you may return your purchase for a refund provided it is in its original packaging and unused. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a traceable carrier. Bonjour is not responsible for unreceived returns. Used items that are not considered defective will not be refunded.

      Once we have received the item(s) and assessed its suitability for return, we will issue you with a refund to the purchasing card provided.
